wheeeeee i today at 7 there was an hour of gymnastics on tv!! woohoo!!! nicole tay won gold for floor, if i remember correctly, hahahaha! so cool!
First was uneven bars and i forgot who won silver but anyway those gymnasts are proded! flying from one bar to another how cool!! =D
Then was beam. so sad singapore won bronze (issit?) and nicole tay fell from the beam thrice and hit her back. how poor thing =[ the vietnam girl is pro dao siao.
Then was floor, dunno what happened to vault, floor was nice =]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]] very nice =]]]]]]]

Yayies how cool!!! They got muscleessss!! ^^

Okie so lets talk bout today!! today!! today!!
I went for trainig.. LATE! first time ever believe it or not =D anyway then lalala 6x10 qi tiaos and all the dan dong zuos. training is so unfruitful la, we are improving 0.01% every trainig how are we gonna make it. ahhhhhhhh! at least im happy that i jied my tao not that mini-ly before church camp. and wang scolded us for not doing fu zhu -.-
ooooooooooh and something interesting (or u can sad unfortunate) happened today. lol i sat on sarah! AHHHHHHHH shes................ 28 kg??? im..................... 45 #$%&^*$%^& and i was forced to sit on her, or rather she was forced to have me sitting on her while she 'hopped?' for 2 minutes. how poor thing i feel so mean hahaha! and i was hanging to the bar for my dear life trying to put less weight on her. it somehow failed and i scraped and got a small hole in my foot. ouchies. and after i got down my hands we horribly jelly! and i still was forced to jie my tao! and i died on the third one hahahaha! at least i jian chied!! LOL!
and my next turn i totally couldnt do. oh well =] my arms still feel so jelly la

and after training we went to wadever again and they dont have dirt pudding again ARGH! eee =[ but i tried the cheese rice and chicken pops and they were quite nice =]]
And we bought birthday present for lingying and lingsiu! its lingying's birthday this saturday and we realised that it was her twin's birthday too! so we decided to buy a double present =D how nice of us =DD I want a twin!! lol =]

Aie im spending so much money on food!!!!!! i msut stop!!!! AHHHHH such a disaster!!!!!!!!!! X(
