8th August- Cross Country + National Day Celebrations
Me Ian HuiYing and Pat met up in school at 7.15 and then started on our way to turf city. we were walking walking walking chatting chatting chatting then suddenly a car drove by and horned at us. two teachers got out- one chinese teacher and the other was Ms Foo. They signalled us over =DDD AND WE GOT A FREE RIDE TO TURF CITY!!!!!! yay!!! hahahaha if not i cant imagine how long we would have to take to walk in. Anyway so yea we reached and were doig nothing for about half an hour before starting officially. Competitive runner lined up before a small tent and waited before we were called to start. I fell asleep while waiting -.- i felt so sleeeeepy.... then we started the race and off we go running running running hahahha. It seemed super fast even though it was 2.9km! napfa seemed to me twice as long to run hahahaha. Effects of the nature =))) Anyway so yea i got 29th among sec 2s eeeee... then the 5 of us were walking around in a dizzy state and sweating like mad. They had free drinks for competitive runners this year wa so kind =DDD Then after we settled down again, prize giving, luckydraw, and our national day celebrations, which was 2 groups of teachers singing national day songs............ -.- primary school celebrations was much better.

After cross country, gymmers met up to go eat lunch together! but in the end we all spilt up =( I went withmelly, sarah, julia, caijing, jiayi, qiaohui to pizza hut at bukit timah plaza! =D So we sat down, took a long long time to order coz they were shorthanded and there was like only one waitress around but alot of customers. we waited and waited and waited meanwhile eating cheese from the shaker bottle hahaha. Finally our bowls came and we went to get soup! Mushroom soup and vege soup is nice =)) we ordered only 2 bowls so we one bowl for each of the tables yay. Anyway we waited and waited and waited so long until we decided to go kope another bowl of soup XDD Since it was out in the open and there wasnt a sign saying no free flow hahahaha. we ate dunno how many bowls of soup before langsana came! but so sad it was melly and jiayi's ones... but we still managed to steal some! XD its so nice! and it was way long after before our hawaiian pizza came!!! hawaiian pizza is nice!!!!!!!!!!
and it was SUPER long before our splitzza came! we ordered at 1130 and got our splitzza past one. like -.- their service is super bad =((( anyway we got free garlic bread and they discounted our bill coz they realised their service was horrible too! =DDDD all in all we only paid 65+ i think wahahaha =)))) plus we koped so many bowls of soup XDD Its always fun eating out with gymmers! =DDDDD

Then we went back to school to move the remaining mats and boards up to the gym. We realised that the theatre people helped us move it out of the auditorium!!!!!!!!!! so nice!!!!!!!! THANK YOU! and sorry for being bad schoolmates X(
Wang was pissed for no reason and we left school at 5+ me rina and jiayi went to buy icecream at petrol kiosk! yay icecream! =DDD and then jiayi's mummy fetched us home =DDD

Yay nice day. =) plus i slept at 9 woohoo =DD
