U-TURN!
First day, i went to church at 8 for prayer meeting. so we had a short briefing then prayed for each of our individual members before going out and preparing to recieve campers. and so i sat down at one spot where our bags were and started waiting for my teammates! and waited....... and waited..... and waited....... and there was nobody TT while my bro's team had most of the people already my team had nobody with me la! SO SAD -.- then phileo, team leader, went out to grab people and my team started forming woohoo! GIBEON!!!! =DD and my team consisted of phileo, natasha (floater), hanjie, shenhao, zhengyu, daniel, david, sam, genevive, esther and me! =DDand then errrrrr we went round introducing ourselves and played icebreakers. then the whole camp joined together to play a game! everybody had to take off our left footwear and throw it into the middle so there was a huge pile of shoes hahahaha! and then we had to go in and grab another persons shoe and wear it -.- then we had to go around finding the shoe owner and the other person who got our shoe. my bro got my shoe HAHAHA u should have seen him wear it, and i got gabriel olivero's huge shoe -.- hahahaa then ermmmmm we had to shake hands and greet each other hahaha. Then we had to make our team placards, flags and cheer, i thought it was pretty sad but in the end the presentation wasnt that bad afterall hahahaha! our cheer would be nice if we could complete it! =D and after that individual groups went over to loyang point to have lunch! and after lunch off we went to sentosa!!! And there was a cute little p6 boy sitting infront of me and genevive who kept looking back at us hahahaha! hes so big-eyed and cute!! xD
We then reached the Sentosa Union campsite. it was....... erm........ rather ulu...... but nvrmind ahahah! We were then allocated our cabins. rarrrrr im never in the same bunk as the people im close with -.- 3rd year already................... but yay in the end im glad im there! coz i got to meet new friends like esp hannah louis and waiann!!! they are really friendly and fun people!!! =DDDDD hmmm then we had games!!!! The first games had to do with eating. we had to eat raw cabbage, fishballs, chicken wings, peas, polo sweets and pickles. hahahah it was erm........ pretty gross LOl. and then we went around sentosa finding little clues! so fun i love treasure hunts ^^ hahahahah! then we had dinner and worship. Worship was GREAT! Its so nice just to stand there and sing to praise God in your own way, and especially seeing people getting saved ^^ yayyy! =DDDDDDD By then we were super overtime so we had quiet time then lights out by 1130. The leaders had meeting and Roy bought us ben and jerrys!!!!! xDDDDD whahahaha!!!
Then had to bathe at the flooded toilet TT waited for hair to dry and finally slept at 1.30! =)))
Second day!
woke up, brushed up, and went for mornign briefing. hahahah everybody was so tired loll.
Then we had PT at the beach! sandcastle making!!!! so fun!!!!!! =DD The theme was i forgot what, and the rules were that somebody had to be buried inside our sandcastle. so david sacrificed and was buried in the sand hahahah! so sad. Then somehow our sandcastle turned out really weirdly so phileo just said we wanted to portray the idea of sacrifice, the mum dying to give birth to her newborn child. hahahahaha!! what a nice 'physical torture'!
Then we had breakfast, then worship, then quiet time, then lunch, then team time to prepare for our skit for concert tomorrow. we got the genre 'wayang'. I was pretty freaked out at the start hahaahaha! then we had another worship session. but then it started raining!!!!!!!! =[[[ so we had to stay indoors for games. but it was pretty fun!!! we had to make up words using at least 2 people for each letter. wahahaha! it was rather fun!!!! =DDDDDD and then the rain stopped ^^ He made a way! and we had a super funny breifing from Roy on the games, before we went onto the beach to play!! The game was called radioactive worms and we had to go around trying to get as many 'worms' we had as possible hahahahah! it was actually lightsticks la =D and after that we got to play with our lightsticks! =D thennnnn we had supper and then lights out!!!! And i only got to sleep at 130 again =/
Third day!
woke up, had morning briefing then PT was games at the bird amphi-theatre. then breakfast, worship, then quiet time and lunch. And then we had team time to prepare for our concert item again. Then we had games!!! =D we went around sentosa finding people and playing little games! the first station we went to was at the koufu foodcourt. we had to ask 5 people for their names and clear 5 trays. then the next station we had to count the number for birds in the bird cage. 42 hahahaha! thennn we went to pearlyn's station where we had to find waterguns and shoot at our teammember till he was wet. hahahaha sam got saboed! LOL its so evil but its the funnest station xDD. thennn we went to the cable cars there and had to get as many people to balance on the small piece of paper. then our last station was at siloso beach, waaaaaa that station was so gross hahahaha dont want to describe x((( hhaahahh!!
And after games we went back to have dinner and then was our concert!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 HAHAHAh we had to put heat powder on our face......... hahahah. The concert was really funny!! =D especially Gideon!! HAHAHA the broom tree. Hes so cute la! just stone there and try not to laugh hahahahahah! SUPER FUNNY!!!! and then... there were a few more funny ones which i forgot, gideon's one is the more unforgettable hahahahah!! Our wayang went better than the practices YAY =D we had fun woohoo!!!!!! =DDD
After the concert we had worship and elder francis gave the message. he was once a gang leader!!! HAHA so amazing how God changes people! =DDDDD and more peopel got saved YAYYYY and its so touching. after that was sharing and yea it was a really touching and amazing session!!!!!!! =]]]] we had some nice soup for supper yay HAHAHA! and it was already 1+ but i felt as if it was only 10! =DDD and then had briefing, went to bathe and then played heartattack!!! hahahahah super violent la!!! but so funny!!!!!! =DDD then tried writing letters to people then i realised i was so hopeless TT in the end i only wrote to phileo and tash but i didnt even give it to them in the end!! TT + -.- .... hahahah.... And then after that i went to try to sleep in the hall but i only got a few winks and soon it was 730 already! so went for morning breifing!! And JB said i looked like an alien with my specs! SO HURT! TT hahahahah!!
Fourth day!
woke everybody up and then started packing our bags and clearing up our rooms. then our group was assigned to clean the main female toilet!!!!! waaaaa...... the grossest la!! we had to clear the bin filled with you-know-what........ eeeeee..... hmm and then we had a good breakfast, then worship. and more sharing =]]]] BEST WISHES TO ROY!!!!!!!!! =DDDDD And then we had team time! and we went around writing on other people's camp booklets. YAYY i love Gibeon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! x))))) ANd then we had the funnest lunch we had hahaha playing indian poker while eating lol! And than it was back to church! And goodbyes!!! We then had to stay back for a TT 2 hour debrifing where everybody was falling asleep hahahahah! really really tired. thennnn i went to take but home!!!! and i somehow i ended up at sengkang HAHAH so i took the mrt to dohby ghaut and then bus home yayyyy!!!!!!!!! then i slept for 15 hours! ^^ wahahahah!!! =DDDDDD
