It was really enjoyable, though the turnout was disappointing. 130 out of 440 Sec 4s, and 10 out of alot alot of teachers. None of 402's teachers turned up except Mr Lim :(
Oh well it was still a good night and i dont regret paying 75 bucks for it, in exchange for a fun night out, to see each other again! all dressed for the event :)
this time almost everybody did their hair haha quite cool to see all the party hairstyles.
okay so huiqing, audrey and i went to khatib to meet jiale to go to the salon. but jiale's gate got stuck so her mums car couldnt get out! so we cabbed to her house and went to the salon outside her house instead. The hairdressers were very friendly i thought =] though they have a fetish with making all of us look like english dolls. seriously they love curls! the more curly the better. haha really creepy!
I asked for wave, and she gave me seriously curly curls TT eek hated my hair haha but nevermind at least now i know what i look like with gross curls, and know that it looks weird on me =] haha once in a lifetime experience! It was quite fun seeing how all of our hair transformed from straight to curls which springs back at you when you pull it. hahahaha.
Huiqing got a little bit of a curl too but she insisted the hairdresser straighten it again cos she thought she looked like a dumbbell with that. so her hair went back to normal! haiyo she wasted her ten bucks and spent it on nothing her hair looks exactly the same! hahaha
After that we went back to jiale's house, changed, fumbled and rushed with make-up, frantically hopped onto a cab and off we went to Marriot!
reception was at third level.
It was great to see each other again after so long! haha i felt a tinge of nostalgia stepping into the holding area and seeing people like cass, cherie, liying, blah blah! we wont exist in the same class anymore =[ but i was very very happy to see everybody! in dresses and looking real pretty =]

Rachel fell sick and couldnt come for grad night. arghhh :((( so sad :(((
We hung around for very long, took alot alot alot of photos before we got to go in to the hall. Dinner started at 8. was so famished haha. Generally the food was not bad...
appetiser: baby octopus, cold prawns with salad, mushroom thing, clams, duck
peking duck, some nice noodles, sharksfin (gosh so evil zzz), abalone mushroom, peking duck, nice fish, some fried hongkong style dessert.
yep it was not bad actually and the waiter serving our table was very hardworking and nice =]]]

really dont like the DJ but oh well hes trying.
there was a band from hwachong. the violinist was very good, the guitarist too. nice songs
then a magician who was really cute.
then we had games. each of us had an alphabet, then the hall was divided into half we were supposed to run on stage and form words.
There was best-dressed award! which wingyau got saboed for wahaha! :D but she really looked very pretty anyway! :D hahahah her few minutes of fame! =]]] she said she was shaking on stage haha! in the end a chinese dancer won lol.
Lili got saboed to do some retro dance on stage too hahaha! super funny =]]
okay i cant remember what else. All in all the night was fun! with friends all things are fun =]
lots of picture taking after dinner.
then at around 1130 we had to clear the hall. so jiale, huiqing, huiying and i decided to go walk orchard road! =]] Since we were all dressed up so go display ourselves abit! haha joking
at paragon the pavement was blocked off, so we were seriously walking ON the road, with cars beside us hahaha. and we stopped and took photos cos we wont get another chance to walk right in the middle of the road! i think the drivers must have been pissed with us because there was a big jam because of the cordoned off area, and yet we were still stopping and taking photos haha funny!
We walked to starbucks and lazed around the sofa area until starbucks closed! then cabbed back to jiales house. home sweet home! bathed, dropped my phone onto her roof, jiale climbed onto her roof to get my phone, then goodnight! haha =]] we were too tired to do anything else.
There ends the night! at 3am! well it was definitely fun =] gonna stay in my memory.
