randomly decided to make it at 10pm :D
haha i kinda love baking at night! so fun!^^
i still wonder why this recipe calls for sooo much creamcheese Dx

haha i spent so long trying to get the cheese to thaw!

but after that was fine and i FINALLY came up with this at 12!
oh luckily i divided the batter into two if not it would be overflowing
i excitedly put it into the oven and only realised that i was supposed to prop open the oven door with a wooden spoon!
so i did that
and after another half an hour i realised i was supposed to bake it in a water bath!
Haha omgosh so disastrous. but nevermind the cheesecake still came out pretty! :D
washing up was so bad. argh the worst part of baking.
haha but it was worth it!

tadahh! my cheesecake cooling in the fridge the next morning!
haha yea its a bit burnt bleh! those two black spots had two big bubbles which burst haha Dx
waaa i love my cheesecake! though the batter tasted nicer than the cake itself!
the next morning i baked the other cheesecake but had to leave it to go to school!
this time i baked it in a waterbath! but it still was overbaked ah!
