im tired! exhausted really from all the busy-ness going all around fufilling my life

i hate responsibilities. they are like stupid chains that tie you to a lamppost when theres a bunch of screaming happy kids on the merry go round in front of you.
and its like pouring a bucket of water over the fire (whats more with the chicken wings and satay still on top) at a bbq gathering with your primary school classmates.
oh gosh that sucks so much.
i hate being forced by conscience to do somethign though i really really really do not want to do it. and i know i really better go do it if not its gonna make other people sad. but then again i really really dont dont dont want to do it. gah sometimes how i wish to be some immoral ass and heck care the whole world. no im joking i dont want to.

haha oh gosh that was a really random ramble. i didnt intend it!

anyway today was fine.... everyday is fine... school is just 'go, sit, listen, sleep, go home -.-' im hating going to school now. dont see the point. and dont see the point in scrambling our guts for a stupid cert. life is much more than that right.
got back maths results! got a 70% =[[[ gahh though i expected alot worse, but its still really lousy. maths =100%! or at least >90%! gahhh

training was fun though, teaching the sec2s, getting irritated over their ugly dongzuos, and then watching them improve =]]
lol the sec2s are so comical and cute! claudia is so funny hahaha poor claudia.
haha i look at them and get reminded of myself when i was sec2. having fun suffering as a team doing zhuan tangs and alot alot alot of houkong fu zhu. just had so much life and joy coming from nowhere.
then came the disasters that changed everything. and nothing was the same again. and aging didnt help at all. haha now i feel so old and granny like. being sec 4 is like being such a grand old dame haha.
okay anyway i really hope the sec2s keep their joy forever =]] go you all funny juniors.

dance class was good:D the instructor is really funny! and we learnt a new cheoreo to the song 'apologize'. i think this set of choreo is more difficult than the previous weeks, but i really like it! =]]
next weeks the last lesson =[ im gonna sign up for a new class but its a different genre and i know im gonna miss this class alot.

oh right i havent mentioned how accident prone i was today. i spent 15 minutes just now trying to get a stupid splinter out of my finger. it was stuck under my skin cos it went in by 80degrees so it was parallel, out of sight, and hurting. so then i had to use a needle and dig around my finger for it. hahahaha sickk
and earlier during training i fell on the tramp cos my thighs werent working, and got scrapes on my elbow. the one on my left is really bad oh goshhh. haha its the kind of really on the surface thing that scrapes off the top most layer and leaves the raw and most sensitive part there. oh gosh it freaking hurts alot. especially when i was bathing haha jeez the pain is reaaaaaaaalllyyy gross. i mean reeeeeaaaaaalllllllyyyy. TT


okay now i shall blog about cross country yesterday!
haha its the first crosscountry i actually walked out of all these years! its my first funrun actually! and it felt really good:D it was probably the most memorable cross country already! =]
haha it was totally a level mass walk. all the sec 4s were clumped up and walking and chatting happily. only a few nice people actually ran =] like jasmine! haha
jiale and i were happily talking the whole way, and the softballers were strolling behind us too. hahah but then yiyan, careen and susie were in competitive and they were just walking along for fun! hahah stupid huiqing you slacker! she ponned competitive cos of her 'chronic pore inflammation' gosh! haha and she was still camwhoring while walking along the road! haha stupid camwhore!
oh oh ya the competitive run! yiyan got 8th!! woohoo so proud of her!:D and huiying got 20th!!! so unexpected so proo!! rachel got 11th and sam got 12th! :DDD yay!

after crosscountry ended we went off to the bus stop to go to amk hub

we watched batman at amk hub!
the movie is really good! and i like the joker!! but then by 'the joker' i really mean heath ledger! hes such an awesome actor. superb. and he gave his everything to this movie. thats just something so respectable , much more so than just a pretty face and hot bod like batman. btw christian bale is not handsome!

i think the good plot is what really differentiated this movie from the rest of the superhero movies. the plot really makes people think. about the fall of righteous men, the power of evil, the true faces of people. i love the boat scene! so touching
but something i didnt like was the typical senseless fighting and noise mess. the fighting scenes in iron man made way more sense though batman's automobiles are so darn impressive!
and i hated the endingggggggggg oh gosh i officially hate sequels! no proper ending!! gahhhhhh i want to know what happened to the joker!

we saw this scene after walking out of the cinema.

soooo cute rightttt! its like a kindergarten outing! all the little boys and girls were holding hands and walking really slowly/waddling like ducks together! gosh so uber cute!! really really!
after that we went to macs and sat down and talked and talked

I was feeling really crappy this morning
but another studying session with ling really helped(:

but hugging the pillar was really comforting! gosh i sound like a pathetic soul whom nobody loves. no im not! i dont know it just felt good hugging the pillar cos maybe the pillar was lonely and needed some love.

anyway so this time we decided to go to bugis, and started off studying at macs. but it got really crowded and bad so we decided to go to the national library, but stopped over at bras basah first to get some TYS. hahah i really dont know WHY but looking for tys was fun. for me at least hahahahah im psycho i think so too. its just the satisfaction of finding one fated pre-loved book and rescuing it out of all the shelves of them, knowing that in grateful return the book will give you so much precious knowledge to help you ace eoys.
At the counter i suddenly felt such a love for the bookstore, cos its like a charity organisation in its own rights, accepting rejected thrown out books by their owners who dont need them anymore, and helping them find new owners who'd love them dearly again. haha so aww right! feel like hugging the store owner for being such a nice person, but nevrmind i'll never do it, its so scary to hug an old uncle.

k after that we went to art friends! gawddd i loveeeeeee art friends!!

i love finding random cool stuff i never knew existed. its like digging for treasure! how fun is that

and i got some magnetic tape!!! wahhh its the da bomb! its magnet in tape form! haha im super excited with what i can do with it! make everything magnetised and attracted to each other! sounds so uber exciting!
And then i got some sexy green cloth tape too! i just have this sudden fascination with cloth now it makes everything feel good. especially love cloth integrated stuff, like cloth tape, cloth paper, cloth bookcovers, etc etc. i wanna go chinatown and get cheap vintage cloth!
lastly i got some pretty patterned paper! heart the colours!

pushing daisies! i could watch it all day long =]



Pushing daisies is about this guy called Ned who found out that he had the ability to revive dead people, animals. but with two conditions: One, if he touched the revived person ever again, it would die, permanently this time. Two, if the revived person lives for more than 1 minute, another random person nearby would have to die in its place.
So young Ned founds out this ability by accidentally reviving his golden retriever after it was knocked down by a car one day. One day his mother randomly died of a heart attack i think. Ned revived her, but after one minute, somebody had to die in her place. (oh yea btw at this time he had a huge crush on his neighbor, called Chuck.) and the person who died happened to be Chuck's dad! so sad right!! Ned's mum died too in the end after she gave Ned a goodnight kiss.
okay so Chuck was sent away to her aunts cos there wasnt anybody to take care of her anymore. Ned would never get to see Chuck again =[

so Ned grew up and became a piemaker! (wah thats the coolest occupation ever!!)
and one day a detective came to look for him after finding out his special ability. He was gonna revive murder victims and find whatever evidence they can within 60seconds. then after solving the cases they would split the money. So Pushing Daisies is about how they go around doing this.

One day, they recieved a murder case on a cruise ship. the victim happened to be Chuck!
so he was faced with a huge moral delimna.
whether to let her live and another innocent person die, or to let her die forever.

so then they go around solving murder mysteries together
but they can never ever touch each other.at all. or Chuck would die.
haha feel so painful for them. but the way they overcome this is so sweeet! :D

so the plan was so go up to her floor. light candles on cake. go ring on her doorbell and shout "HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMANDA!!!!" when she opens the door and then laugh like mad.
haha we waited for shihui to come then went up. hahaha it was so funny we were trying to light candles in total silence outside amandas house to avoid attention. and our plan totally faileddddddddd!!!!!!! cos the door was not close! hahaha but still aiya its scary enough to have a bunch of teammates right at your door with a cake. :D

amandas family is so cool. haha her house is just so cosy and homely. dont know why but just can feel alot of love there :D charcoal is uber cuteeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!! apparently amandas cousin blew alot of balloons and kept it inside the toilet. and then suddenly there were two left. and everybody was speculating where did the balloons disappear and were so convinced it flew out through the windows. and in the end they found all the balloons at charcoal's house!!! omgoodness its so super cutee!! he just hijacked all the balloons for himself! hahahah so smart!! :D he does so much cute stuff!

the night was just good =] though it appears that we really didnt do much fun crazy stuff. but i think the bestest hangouts are just sitting down together and pass time by talking, no need for movies iceskating shopping whatsoever. truest friendships

i walked home with rina. haha now rina inspired me to go for random long walks. but i dont want to go alone i want somebody to live near me! then we can go walking for hours together. yays =]

COMPS DAY!

went to school first in the morning and found a really saddening piece of news.

its just so sad to hear of this kind of news. :C

it was sad that we missed charlene competing =[ but heard she did really really well! first in floor and beam, and first all-round! yay charlene! :D

b-div did well too! just that mg really upped their standard alot this year. its the pregnant angmoh coach! shes taught them well and they brought alot of new interesting moves to the routines this year. haha especially the cool dismount off the bars.

anyway the point is, nanyang did really well! :DD
rachel is so uber cuteeeee!! jessica's floor was good! Eleanor is woah. she did really well despite the fact that she rushed straight over after volleyball finals and did even get to do first round of warmups! hairou is really cute too and clara did good! :D enning's rountines were all so difficult.

and after that amanda, rina, sianglin, shihui and i went off to find comps present! we walked bukit timah plaza trying to find a proper bottle but noo there wasnt. in the end we decided and settled for something else =]
then we went to amanda's house. ahhh charcoal is so super cute!!! hes so tiny!! incredibly tiny!
hahaha his fur is so cool! and charcoal is really smart! he stole my kisses from my tin and ate them! hahaha gosh so smart but suicidal!
haha painting is tiring REALLY. i spent dont know how long just trying to paint one 6 letters -.-
it was fun! :D sianglin is a perfectionist gosh!

and after that i went to ymca for lyrical jazz class!
im in love! with dance!
its the first ever SERIOUS dance class i've been to and it feels good because its so challenging.
hahah before class was so awkward cos i was all on my own and the rest had friends and nobody wanted to talk to me =[
singaporeans are so darn unfriendly. the only person who talked to me was a guy from thailand! hes been dancing for 3 years and hes on a 3year scholarship to NAFA! so uber cool!! thai people are really nice =]]
then the instructor came. he is super cool and funny! and he is SO GOOD. in dancing and in teaching.
he was really patient and all with us! =]] super nice
warm ups was really challenging. lol i feel so unfit and unflex! i want to train i want to improve =]]
the next part of class was floorwork. and we learnt some ballet positions and how to do turns! yay! my turn doesnt feel too bad :D
after that we did choreography! it was really difficult to follow and do it well! but but it was just so fun fun fun :D
haha i was so tired after class. lyrical jazz is some serious tough physical work, my back is cmi hope it doesnt get overstrained. but its these challenges that makes dance class so worthwhile, so exciting and fun.
yay! i finally found what i wanted after so long. but its sad that it only lasts for 4 sessions. shall make the best of it all.
tuesday is gonna be my other favourite day! something to look forward to in the week! <3

studied with huiqing huiying jiale and eva at the library yesterday.
i finished my chinese zong he tian kong! i essentially read and completed 14 chinese passages! haha not bad! :D
and i realise im seriously very screwed for block tests. i havent started much for any subject at all. its 10 days away! my weekend and week ahead is so packed again.

oh well its the last year already i should just try everything and break all the rules :D


and i after studying i was soooo decided to go to anchorpoint to get my crepe. but the two fats were going to orchard cos huiying wanted to get tanks for theater. and in the end when 174 came huiqing grabbed my textbooks and ran up the bus and huiying just grabbed me and dragged me up the bus -.-
waaaaaaaaaaa! idiots! hahahahha

but we went to taka and got my durian pancake and aunt annes, and huiqing got her toriQ and durian pancakes too! hahahah we are such pigs xD and we are such loyal fans of durian pancake!!!

and i had my 2.4 after school! grr i was soo tired and lazy to run. and i got a lousy result =[[ booo 12.41 deproved by 38 seconds! eek so bad i feel super unhealthy

i came home and randomly decided to bake pretzels! cos i felt like doing so
hahahaha my pretzels are super funny! it looks nothing like pretzels! :D
i ended up making pretzels sticks haha!
well its my first time! and im quite proud of myself already =]]]
its the first time half the food gets devoured even before i finish baking! yay

i think my family loves bread :D

bread is my number 1 comfort food yay! lovee bread! the artisan type only =] certainly not the gardenia kind.

baking bread is so therapeutic and lovely=]
freshly baked bread from the oven is seriously the best smell on earth!

saturday morning i went to school for pslc facil training and we had a 'four elements' workshop - fire, water, wind, earth.

EARTH

Earth is the foundation of everything we do. It is our home and our anchor. It is steady and firm and seeks sustainability and balance in all things.

Strengths: Earth’s strength lies in its stability and predictability. Earth has a sense of the long term and is sure of itself. Earth is also able to ground itself and move orderly.

Challenges: Earth has a tendency to be stubborn and unyielding, locked into old ways of doing things. Earth can also be boring without the other elements.

Likes: Earth likes structure, stability, long-term planning and commitment. It likes being asked for sound advice, regular and constant communication and planning deadlines that are adhered to.

Dislikes: Earth dislikes sudden movement, things that are new or different, sudden changes in plans, chaos or clutter and unpredictability. (so true!)

Earth does best when given facts, data and information. It requires time to process and create in an unhurried, ordered fashion.

To bring balance, Earth needs to open up to new ideas and be willing to take risks.

we grouped into each of our elements and it was quite cool how each distinct each group's personalities were.
fire were really enthusiastic and loud. quick to voice their views and rebutt.
water was calm and cool (?!)
wind was really quick in doing everything. first group to sit down, and first few to finish discussing.
as for earth. everybody practically just stoned HAHAHAH. seriously we were taking things really slowly. and when called to answer, the hwachong guy stood up (no other groups thought of doing that) and stated everything Slooowly and in order.

When working with Earths:

ü Give them time to do their work

ü Leave them alone to do their work

ü Give them lots of documentation and factual support

ü Allow them to create and/or provide them with design, structure and order

ü Do probe carefully for hidden anger or resentment spots

ü Do include them in any major or long-term projects

Yessss. this explains why i do work so slowly. especially essays when i dont have pre-proved facts and stuff to support me!

lunch was sooo pathetic-.- plain rice $2, muffin $3, noodles $3, everythign else >$3. and the teachers only gave us $2.50 worth of food coupon. so yea we were expected to just eat plain rice in other words. wa..

after our shift was over i went to walk around raffles place with eva. haha i kinda like raffles place its a nice place =] we went up the top floor which was having a food fair.
a cute stall auntie said 'students from branded school must buy my branded muffins!"
so us being nice people bought :D and the muffins were 10x better than the ones at excel fest!

and then went to orchard to meet up with huiqing jiale and yiyan
we walked around very aimlessly and ate ate ate.

yay today was real slack. spent most of the time in school staring and listening to teachers talk. good for us haha. we watched a documentary on (gosh i forgot the name of the disease) during IH. its so scary how some unknown thing can suddenly hop into you and eat you inside out.

assembly was intolerable. hahahah i shall not say anything about it here since mr tan talked about cyberwellbeing =]

after school we went up to huiqings class to wait for her. and i ended up copying work for her -.- haha you idiot! exploiting nice people like me =]
and we went to cine and decided to watch getsmart. but it was at 5.05
so we spent 1 1/2 hour walking around taka and buying food everywhere.
jap noodles, toriQ, durian pancake, aleo vera yoghurt, aunt annes, kfc twisters, sushi from cold storage
hahahaha we really eat too much. we spend so much money on food!
get smart was rather funny! i didnt expect too much of it, maybe thats why it was quite nice to me! haha :D
